The heating in the room was adequate, but the air conditioning in Block D was a bit noisy and disrupted our sleep. Unfortunately, there was no provision for tea and coffee facilities in the room, which would have been nice for a quick pick, me, up in the mornings. The sitting area was cozy, but the trouser press was missing, making it a bit challenging to keep our clothes neat and wrinkle, free. the hotel offered a free shuttle service to some major attractions, which we found very helpful. we were disappointed to learn that the shuttle service was only available for specific locations and not customizable to our needs. The room was equipped with free toiletries, which was a nice touch, but we did notice a lingering scent of men's cologne upon check, in, which was overwhelming at first. Thankfully, after airing out the room, the smell dissipated.

Chillin' at the hotel after jamming to that epic Disney music show with over 240 artists from all over was insane. So many visitors, so much hype! And bro, the theme parks were off the chain, talk about hospitality vibes on point!

Yo, one thing though, wish they cranked up the nightlife scene for us young party animals! A club or some sick night events would take it to the next level.

Right outside the hotel lies a vibrant world where Disney classics dance to a global beat, captivating 240 talented artists. With over 100,000 rooms and thrilling theme parks, this place ignites a spark of wonder and hospitality like no other.

My wife says that the hotel should offer larger-sized towels.

The room was clean, but it felt outdated with old rugs and furniture, which gave off an odd smell. Beds were okay, and daily cleaning was appreciated. the air conditioning was a significant issue; it blew hot air, making our stay uncomfortable. Noise from the ground floor was disruptive, with loud traffic from guests passing by. We were positioned far from the main amenities, which made accessing them a trek. Although there were friendly staff, slow check-in and no clear breakfast offers detracted from the experience. A higher floor would likely mitigate some noise issues.

As low-budget travelers, we had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location was perfect, with everything we wanted to do within walking distance. We loved the three different pool options, giving us variety during our stay. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels and a small fridge. The TV had lots of channels to choose from. It was a great value for money, and we can't wait to book again with our kids.

Check-in process was frustratingly long and the store on the property had inflated prices.

we love the location for restaurants and shopping. we really enjoyed the pool. the service in zebra's was excellent and we like shooting pool. we also appreciate that we are being reimbursed for that night of plumbing issue.
